Warren L. Reimer, an attorney practicing law since 1975, has been representing the rights of injured clients since beginning his legal career. He has been practicing Social Security Disability Law since 1985. With nearly 34 years of legal experience, Warren Reimer has developed successful case preparation, negotiation and courtroom trial strategies specially tuned to the unique requirements of the Social Security Administration. He has shared his extensive knowledge of Social Security Disability Law with his staff and associates and with other legal colleagues by presenting lectures at seminars on the subject.
Warren Reimer of Reimer Law Office, P.C., L.L.O., has developed the firm from being a sole practitioner to the firm with the highest volume of cases in the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review in Omaha, Nebraska. Currently, the Reimer Law Office, P.C., L.L.O., has four attorneys concentrating their practice on Social Security Disability Law.
Attorney Warren Reimer has participated in several cases, including Social Security Disability cases, reported by the deciding courts. Mr. Reimer is admitted to practice in Nebraska and the U.S. District Court District of Nebraska. Warren Reimer is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives and a member of the National Association of Disability Representatives. He also belongs to the American Association for Justice. He formerly served on the board of directors of the Omaha Legal Aid Society, serving one year as its president.
Warren L. Reimer received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, in 1972, and graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1975 with a J.D. After law school, Mr. Reimer worked as a deputy Dakota County Attorney for a year and then joined the law firm of Bernard H. Ptak in Norfolk, Nebraska. In 1977 he formed a partnership with David H. Ptak, known as Ptak, Ptak and Reimer, which operated through 1984. In 1985 he began his own law practice in Norfolk, Nebraska. The law firm of Warren L. Reimer has grown over the years in Norfolk, Nebraska, and with an additional law office located in the city of Grand Island, Nebraska.
